this song would be kickass if the vocals were a little more harsh. still a cool song though

also ill say, the vocals are very effective on the slow parts, but id still like them to be mmore harsh on the fast parts

Yeah, thanks for your input! But, by more harsh, do you mean death metal or what? I see what you're saying though, I think if the voice was a lot more Slayer-ish it'd be better.

riff is cool.. I could have went without the intro verse...
vocals are pretty good...
mix is a little lower on the bass level then I would prefer but the guitar is good strong, need to boost those vocals a bit.. has a live feel to it..
dig that bass line just wish it was a little louder..
that break is abrupt but I really like the change but I would smoothen out that exchange, love the hollowness of it..
stuff though

Yeah, this was recorded live at one of our shows, and it wasn't our best show .... but it wasn't horrible either. These live recordings are the only MP3s we have right now tho! lol
Thanks for the support, and I agree with whatcha said too!

Haha, I'd tell ya if I knew the answer bro. I'm just the vocalist, lol.
Thanks tho, I love the song too. I didn't expect it to be our most popular song, but it is... and I'm cool with that!

vocals are good on the quiet part. i agree that they should be harder on the verses, they sound kind of falsely angry. get your band mates to kick you in the ass or something first to get you worked up.
this isnt my thing anymore how it used to be, but a few years ago i would be loving this!

Uh.. I'll be the first to offer some criticism.
First, the guitar is barely audible above the high guitar noises that sound like metallic fucked up cymbals or distortion. The drums are barely audible and everything sounds out of whack. And the intro wasn't that great. I can't tell where the cymbals start and the guitar ends, and the loudness level keeps changing drastically like somebody's playing with the knob.
I like the song, but the recording quality here is just _horrible_ to the point where the song isn't that enjoyable. It sounds like there's a mic taped to the wall in the floor above it.

Agrees with Thasp... But... This sounds like a mix between metal and punk... Odd...

Well, this WAS a live recording, lol. And not just a live recording, but the drummer on these MP3s was one of our old drummers, who didn't even use a double bass pedal for fuck's sake! And Jess, he didn't even like metal..... the guy was into punk and shit. So that probably explains your "metal/punk" thing.
But anyway, we're gonna record some actual studio songs in the near future with our new, better, and HEAVIER lineup. So pretty soon you'll forget all this low-quality live horseshit with our old band-mates. Sinnocence is about to rise!
